In any of STM LOGISTICS’ facilities you will find, among others, standard warehousing management that we can customise to your needs.

• We have multi-client facilities, we can provide a warehouse dedicated to your needs or we are qualified to manage your own warehouse.
• We design the layout of the warehouse for your products and needs, we study the most suitable storage methods, the flow of goods, the different working areas (piking, paking, rejection, quarantine, returns, dispatches…), the needs of the control systems and processes.
• We guarantee that the facilities are suitably equipped for the materials to be stored and that they are properly secured with CCTV (video surveillance), alarms, etc.
• We define the most suitable location strategies for the movement flows of your products, as well as the type of storage that best suits, whether it be: industrial material in racks, suitable for palletised loads, picking racks for small unitary materials or small packages, or other specific ones.

At STM LOGISTICS we know that logistics must be agile and flexible, as it is a key element for our customers, which can even make a difference with respect to their competitors. For this reason, stock management and distribution is customised according to the needs of each client. The continuous improvement of our processes and the monitoring of KPIs is essential for the success of the long-term relationships we maintain with our customers. We offer a wide range of possibilities, from supply and distribution logistics.

• We manage stocks of raw materials, semi-finished materials, spare parts or finished products, following the criteria demanded by our clients (FIFO, FEFO, incompatibilities, segregations…).
• We carry out inventories according to the needs of our clients (rotating, by batches, by value…).
• We manage and control returns. We carry out the management of claims, and if you wish, we can take care of reverse logistics, including multiple and varied types of services such as product recalls, destruction, etc. We carry out quality controls of your products based on the specifications defined by our customers.
• We carry out a thorough control of quantities, references, batches, serial numbers, expiry dates and others, always in accordance with the acceptance criteria set by our customers. We also have IT systems that provide us with these details and their location, as well as controls on possible stock breakages or states.
